Rosey's Bistro & Grande Cheese Co. will be hosting May's Event witch will include Cheese Education and Tasting.

The Red River Valley Chapter of the American Culinary Federation meets on the Third Monday of each Month at 5:30pm. We Encourage our Members and Interested parties to volunteer Meeting Spaces, Monthly Training, or provide Dinner for the meetings. All are welcome.
