The Red River Valley Chapter of the American Culinary Federation meets on the Third Monday of each Month at 5:30pm. We Encourage our Members and Interested parties to volunteer Meeting Spaces, Monthly Training, or provide Dinner for the meetings.

Directions are go North on highway 75 go to Kragnes (a town. Then go on highway 96 ( frontage road to 75) then go straight north for 2.5 miles no turns. you should see greenhouse from road. Ill try and put signs.)
