The Red River Valley Chapter of the American Culinary Federation meets on the Third Monday of each Month at 5:30pm. We Encourage our Members and Interested parties to volunteer Meeting Spaces, Monthly Training, or provide Dinner for the meetings. This Months Meeting will be Hosted be Amy Gordon and Full Service Foods, A Food Manufacturer and Packer located in Hillsboro, ND. 5:30pm on Monday, August 21st.
